Enhancing CCA New features explained
Enhancing our Courier Community App
We’re continuing our focus on providing you with easily accessible online content that’s all in one
place. To achieve this we’re in the process of moving all our online tools and features onto the
Courier Community App (CCA) and we’re hoping to complete this by the end of the year.
The next features to be moved onto CCA from 12th May are:
- Forum Link (useful links)
- Update account details (“my details” on COL)
If you have not yet installed the App, please do so as soon as possible to start using and
familiarise yourself with the features before they are removed from their current location.
Reminder…
You can already access the following features in CCA: manifests, marketplace, update your profile,
payment claim forms, the Ricoh invoice link, parcel volumes, make an enquiry, SE+ holidays
(book/manage holidays), SE+ admin forms (late van & system downtime requests), service
negotiations and leave Evri requests.

Forum Account details
Home page – Useful links - Forum More – My account – Account details
Here you’ll find the Forum link, clicking this will take you Here you’ll find your personal details, Community Delivery
through to the forum website. Manager details and your courier details.
Entries with a pencil symbol let you send an edit request.
Changes are manually updated by our central team, so it
could take a couple of days before changes are reflected
here. Your CDM may need to approve some changes.
If you don’t already have one, you’ll be prompted to
create a forum username.
