NOTICE

It is for information of att concerned that the verification of


documents/certificates of shorttisted candidates for the post of Post-
Graduate Teachers (PGTs) as per Advertisement No. 0112023 shatt
commence from 13th November, 7023. Detaited tist of shorttisted
candidates and schedute shatt be notified on the official website of the
state setection Board: www.ssbodisha.ac.in shortty.
Candidates are advised to stay updated by frequentty visiting the
website and to have the foLtowing certificates/documents ready for the
verification on the date to be notified.
1) Hard copy of ontine apptication.
Z\ Attestation form duty fitted in (Form to be uptoaded in the SSB
website atong with the verification schedute)'
3) H.S.C. or equivatent certificate and mark sheet in support of
date of birth and percentage of marks issued by the concerned
Board / Councit.
4) Higher Secondary (*2) and Graduation (+3) certificate and mark
sheet in support of percentage of marks / division / ctass.
s) Master's Degree certificate and mark sheet issued by any
recognized University/ lnstitution.
6) B Ed. certificate and mark sheet issued by any recognized
University /lnstitution.
7\ Two recent passport size photographs simitar to the one
uptoaded in the ontine appLication form mentioning his / her
name and Rott number of the candidate at the back.
8) Conduct Certificate issued by the Cottege / University /
lnstitution last attended.

e) Caste Certificate issued by appropriate authority within the
three years.

passed Odia in M.E. Standard'


11) Discharge certificate issued by the commanding officer of the
Unit tast served wherever appticabte.
1Z\ Disabitity Certificate (indicating percentage of disabitity) of
Physicatty Disabted candidates issued by the concerned Medical
Board, wherever appticabte. The cases of PwD candidates shatl
be referred to Appettate Medical Boards constituted by ss & EPD
Department vide Notification No.9789, Dt. 21.12.2021 for re-
examination. Their names shatt be recommended to the
Government onty after receipt of authentication report from the
Appettate Medical Boards regarding their disabitity.
13) ldentity card of sports Persons issued by the Director of sports,
Odisha, wherever aPPticabte.
14) lf a candidate ctaims to possess quatification, equivatent to the
prescribed quatification, the rule / authority (with number and
date) under which it is so treated, must be furnished.
1s) The quatification ctaimed by the candidate must have been
attained by the last date of submission of on-tine apptication
form i.e. 25.07.2023.
