1) Y – 5 = -1/2x and 3y – 6x – 21 = 0
2) 4x – 2y = 8 and 2x + y= 5
3) 9/2y = 9x + 27/2 and y = 2x – 4
4) Y- 1 = 3x and y + 1/3x = 4
Ques 5- Solve the following- (7 Marks)
(i) Find the equation of line perpendicular to 5y = 2x – 4 which passes through (0,7).
(ii) Line A passes through the points (-2,1) and (4,10). Find equation of line parallel
to A which passes through (3, -3).
(iii) Line A passes through the points (-3, -1) and (-1, 9) and line B passes through the
points (-2, -1) and (k, 4). Line A and line B are perpendicular. Find value of k.
