To create a dedicated Lending Guru application within Salesforce to manage all
Lending Guru-related data separately from the Sales App, ensuring streamlined workflows, enhanced usability, and customized reporting.
Key Features:
1. Dedicated Lending Guru Application
○ Separate app within Salesforce exclusively for Lending Guru. ○ Custom branding and navigation tailored to Lending Guru’s requirements. 2. Custom Pages for Key Objects ○ Lead Management: Create a Lightning Web Component (LWC) for displaying leads in a tabular format filtered by Lead Source(e.g.”Web”). ○ Account Management: Custom page for managing Lending Guru- specific accounts. ○ Contact Management: Display all contact details related to Lending Guru accounts. ○ Opportunity Tracking: Detailed view and management of opportunities. 3. Enhanced User Interface ○ Customized dashboards and reports embedded within the app. ○ User-friendly LWCs for each object to display and filter data. ○ Custom search and filter options for quick data access. 4. Home Page for Lending Guru ○ Centralized dashboard displaying: ■ Quarterly performance metrics. ■ Monthly data insights. ■ Reports for specific date ranges as per client requirements. 5. Reports and Dashboards ○ Custom dashboards tailored to Lending Guru’s operations. ○ Automated reports for lead conversion rates, account growth, and opportunity pipelines.
