b. prompts students to construct new knowledge and develop new skills;
c. provides activities to accommodate inclusivity and varied needs of learners;
d. provides activities that are within the level and interest of the learners;
e. provides for maximum pupil-participation; and
f. uses learning tasks which are meaningful and applicable to real-life situations.
