APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE BARANGAY NUTRITION ACTION PLAN (BNAP) FOR
CY 2025-2027 DANGULAAN, SND LANAO DEL NORTE AND RECOMMENDING THIS
BNAP TO THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL FOR ADOPTION AND
IMPLEMENTATION OF ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM FOR CY 2025
WHEREAS, the barangay Nutrition Action Plan is a three-year plan containing the objectives and nutrition
interventions implemented to address the malnutrition problem at the barangay level;
WHEREAS, MNAP is prepared bye the barangay Nutrition Committee to operationalize the Philippine plan of Action
of Nutrition 2025-2027;
WHEREAS, the annual investment program annually manages and financially supports BNAP 2025-2027;
WHEREAS, the barangay Nutrition Committee insures the implementation of the programs, projects, and activities
in the BNAP;
WHEREAS, there is a need to approve and adopt the BNAP for CY 2025-2027 of Dangulaan SND, Lanao del Norte
and recommending this BNAP For adoption, for integration to the barangay Development Plan and for
implementation of Barangay Development Council through integration of nutrition activities to the annual
investment program CY 2027;
WHEREAS, the barangay nutrition Committee certifies the integration of key nutrition outcomes and indicators of
the Philippine Multisectoral Nutrition Project (PMNP) in the BNAP FOR CY 2025-2027;
NOW THEREFORE, upon the motion of Hon. Thelia A. Maglinte, duly seconded Hon. Giamadel S. Lumondot, BE IT
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve and adopt the barangay Nutrition Action Plan (BNAP) for CY
2025-2027 of the DANGULAAN, SND Lanao del Norte and recommending this BNAP to the barangay Development
Council members of barangay DANGULAAN for adoption and implementation of annual investment program for CY
2027.
RESEOLVED FURTHER, that members of the Barangay Nutrition Committee confirm their commitment to support
the LGU’s partnership with PMNP and perform oversight functions to the barangay Implementation of the agreed
targets and deliverables in accordance with the Project’s guidelines; the signed Tripartite Memorandum Agreement
between the LGU of SND, Lanao del Norte, Center for health Development Northern Mindanao, and Department of
social Welfare and Development Field Office X; and the service Level Agreement between the LGU and center for
Health Development Northern Mindanao.

REACTIVATION/ REORGANIZATION OF THE BAARNGAY NUTRITION COMMITTEE OF BARANGAY DANGULAAN
SND, LANAO DEL NORTE
WHEREAS, The vision of the national and local government on Nutrition Program is to achieve a nutritional
adequacy for all to strengthen the country’s human resources;
WHEREAS, DILG Memorandum Circular No. 96-03 dated May 31, 1996 requiring the activation/ reactivation of
nutrition Committee at the barangay level in order to be viable functional and effective in the integration/
implementation of nutrition programs and activities into barangay development plans;
WHEREAS, the said nutrition Committees function is to formulate action programs, coordinate, monitor nutrition
activities, conduct periodic field visits and meeting to assess program implementation, serve as resource group and
come up with nutrition action plan,
NOW THEREFORE, I, ROLDAN T. MAMPAO, Punong barangay of DANGULAAN, SND, Lanao del Norte, by virtue of
the power vested in me by the law, do hereby reactive the barangay Nutrition Committee.

SECTION 2. FUNCTIONS
1. The barangay Nutrition Committee shall meet regularly to map out plans and strategies to reduce/
eliminate nutrition problems in the community.
2. Conduct regular monitoring on the nutritional status of the children.
3. Submits accomplishments reports and feedback to the undersigned as often as necessary.

5. What are the causes of malnutrition? Lack of proper ways to prepare food. Kasi karamihan sa mga magulang ay
walang insaktong trabaho kaya hindi nabigyan ng tamang nutrition ang bata.
6. What have been the barangay Nutrition Committee done to address malnutrition? Giving nutritional counseling
to mothers for a good and healthy life with their children. (Mother Class)

C. VISION, MISSION, GOALS, OBJECTIVES
VISION: We envision Barangay Dangulaan as a Barangay of Nutri healthy strong citizen thru the proper way of
implementing good and proper nutrition among it’s people.
MISSION:
GOAL: Mangandoy mi nga mawala ang malnutrition sa Barangay kung kita nga mga ginikanan motabang ug
unsay angay buhaton para sa nutrition.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE: A plan to decrease the of malnourished children through proper nutrition
