These terms and conditions are applied to this agreement
CONDITIONS
If any kind of delay is made by the client for giving any
valuable asset for development then that time will be
added in development time
Once everything is completed and approved by the client
then we will transfer ownership of every single entity to
the client
The hosting server and app store accounts(Google Play
Console & App AppStore Connect) and other third party
vendors will be provided and paid by the client
Once everything is transferred then the whole
responsibility of the app and system will be managed and
maintained by the client unless both parties agree to a
retainer plan
The payments for the server, app store accounts and
third party plugins will be paid by the client; it will be
their own properties. Also they will be responsible for
any renewable fees, system up time and terms and
conditions provided by them
In case of delays made by ITcians ,the client will be
compensated based on gift features accordingly
