4. Where Sr. Scale officers are not available, JA Grade officer may be a member of the tender committee in which case the tender is to be accepted by ADRM.
5. Where Sr.DEN/Co-Ordination is the JA grade Officer of the TC, accepting authority will be ADRM.
6. The nomination of officers in a Tender Committee will be done by PHODs/DRMs
7. For Passenger Amenity works besides the Technical and Finance members the third member should invariably be from Commercial department.
8. In Department headed by Coordinating HOD, he will accept tenders upto Rs. 30 Crore, and tenders above Rs. 30 Crore will be accepted by GM.
