Job Description
Position: Principal / Director – Product Management
Experience: 15+ Years
• The role with proven technical expertise to lead Data Products including Data Privacy and other data
initiatives that are on point for our big data and AI/ML scenarios.
• This role will partner with stakeholders across the company including Engineering Managers, Data
Scientists/Analysts, Engineers, Marketing, Sales and others to ensure consistency and efficiency of data
and privacy requirements. controls, and processes.
• The role will have both (Individual Contributor) IC and management responsibilities, including IC work
to deliver data and privacy reviews, and support broader program excellence initiatives.
• As a manager you will need to leverage your proven data and privacy expertise to grow the knowledge
and experience of your underlying team.

Job Description:
• Engage directly with engineering teams to ensure products and service meet a high bar and best in the
industry while managing competing priorities.
• Conduct technical deep-dive reviews of engineering design and architecture to evaluate for DPDP, GDPR
and other major markets Privacy compliance.
• Understand the competitive landscape, market analysis and provide proactive guidance to feature
teams to build future-proof solutions
• Propose new features and functionality to teams related to end user privacy and data protection.
Continuous look for Innovation and differentiation opportunities that can help in better positioning of
the product.
• Help build and support a network of champions across organization and outside to expand the breadth
and depth.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate, M&A and related opportunities with startups.
• Be able to identify and drive decisions based on data by appropriately escalating issues by partnering
with delivery & service leadership
• Identify issues and provide mitigation strategies and approvals pre-launch, to ensure all products and
services meet the high bar when they are released to customers.
• Ensure products comply with all internal security and privacy standards, as well as any other legal
regulations, and develop customized implementation guidelines including Non-Functional
requirements.
• Your role will be to guide, coach and support the team to maximize their impact. You'll also be asked to
continue to foster a team culture of diversity and inclusion that respects diverse experiences and
backgrounds to shape perspectives on customer and product.
• Involve in user and sales training.

The capacity to adjust to changing market conditions, technological advancements and business
priorities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years’ experience in product/service/project/program management or
software development
• 4+ years people management experience.
• 4+ years' experience providing privacy, data protection and AI/ML expertise for complex engineering
scenarios
• 4+ years of Experience in GRC domain
• Strong strength in Agile methodology and Product Life Cycle Management

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing and driving complex, cross-group projects.
• Proven track record delivering across organizational boundaries in a highly matrix model and sustaining
partnerships within and outside the organization. Ability to drive decisions, bring clarity to ambiguity,
influence leadership, and manage business outcomes with pace.
• Good communication skills that can tailor content and concepts based on audience (internal
stakeholders and with external customers), leadership levels, and disciplines (Engineering, Finance,
Business Development, Partners).
• Experience with cloud computing, enterprise software development, engineering and/or operations at
scale.
