content based on the type of device that is being used to visit a certain site. Adaptive websites
remain beneficial in the sense that they can offer a consistent user experience cutting across
devices, thereby promoting user loyalty and use experience (Sung et al. , 2019). Adaptive
websites for that matter have various versions of the site which are designed for different
types of devices which will in turn mean faster loading of the site alongside effective display
of content. This also helps in maintaining the branding as well consistency on such layouts
and ensuring that the website or application’s layout is seamless on all platforms which is an
But, this is not all there is regarding adaptive websites since they also have their
drawbacks. The creation and management of several iteratives of a website might also be
expensive relative to the dispensable resources particularly to those who undertake the
projects or are in small business. Still, adaptive websites can build challenges in utilizing new
or rare devices when creating them hence perhaps providing unsuitable service to clients
(Silveira et al. , 2019). This approach also presupposes a better appreciation of the clients’
purpose of the mobile devices and is developed in a manner to deliver the best service when
used on the mobile devices. The first advantage of a mobile website is that it enables the
‘‘mobilization’’ of fast-loading content specially designed and optimized for mobile users.
Elements such as the click-to-call buttons, simplified navigation bar, and touch-friendly

design help increase the user satisfaction and interaction (Al-Mondhiry et al. , 2022). Another
advantage of having a dedicated mobile site is mobile-specific features that may not be
On the same note, creating and managing two websites for mobile and desktop users
can be costly. This involves making copy of the content and regularly synchronizing the
changes which are time consuming and may result to conflicts (Sung et al. , 2019). Secondly,
special sites designed for mobile devices may not optimally leverage the features of the
newest mobile browsers that are able to render demanding web applications, originally
created for desktop and notebook computers. This limitation may lead to a less satisfying
experience for the users who wish to have the same operating system environment as the
which is first created for mobile devices and then is expanded for the other devices. This way,
the attributes and contents that are important to be prioritized for mobilized users are only
selected and hence enhances the efficiency of the optimized adaptation (Silveira et al. , 2019).
Applying the principle of responsive design enables the website’s appearance to reach out
and fit into all screens sizes and change orientation depending on the screen size of the device
the website is being viewed in making the experience on all the devices to be one and the
same.
There are more areas of importance in mobile web development and some of them
are as follows – Performance optimization techniques are also very useful in the mobile web
techniques such as lazy loading, efficient image compression, and the minimum of JavaScript
and CSS (Al-Mondhiry et al. , 2022). Furthermore, applying some of the PWA features could
further improve the usage of the mobile web by enabling features such as offline mode, push
notifications, and native feel. They do not only enhance users’ experience but help be ranked
higher by search engines since the latter values mobile and easily accessible websites.
through advanced features to offer better user experience. Cloud computing presents
substantial remote solutions that can be utilized for hosting of mobile sites and applications.
Hence, utilizing cloud services would enable the developers to enable availability, reliability,
and scalability of applications in cases of traffic variations. CDNs and mobile websites can
also help the webpages to enhance the loading speed since contents will be also provided
from the servers that the user is closer to (Sung et al. , 2019).
IA is also useful for tailoring and improving the interaction between a user and a
mobile website. Machine learning algorithms are capable to identify the customers’ behaviors
and preferences to enable them to be served with relevant content and recommendation
(Silveira et al. , 2019). For instance, AI may continuously modify the display of the web
interface where by elements most frequently used by the users are located at the front.
Application of artificial intelligence based chatbots and virtual assistants help in instant
support and solutions to users, thereby increasing their loyalty. Cloud computing combined
with AI makes it possible for developers to make efficient and effective mobile websites that
are intelligent, adaptive, and fast with the aim of satisfying user needs.

Conclusion
In conclusion, it can be stated that the creation of websites for mobile applications
implies closer attention towards the process by the executive structures. Taking into account
the pros and cons of both types, the main goal of this paper is to determine that the decision
of whether to create adaptive or dedicated mobile sites depends on certain factors of the
project. Using such approaches as mobile first, responsive web design, and performance
cloud computing and AI technologies takes the mobile web to the next level by providing
efficiency in terms of scalability and reliability and more information customized on the go.
Thus, these strategies and technologies could be adopted by organizations to create enhanced
mobile websites that would address the expectations of customers and would deliver rich
