management (group definition)?
ii. What are the goals of HRM (3-5)?
iii. Next, what are the three most important take-aways from the
course?
iv. Lastly, are there topics that your group would like to have
covered/learned about in more detail?
II. Strategies for Successful HRM
a. Don’t be Michael Scott
b. Breakout room activity: Designate a notetaker to share screen and type
answers.
c. First, what is your definition of “successful HRM?”
d. Agree upon 5 strategies, tips, practices, policies that make for successful
public sector HRM. These strategies, tips, practices can be from any
perspective you wish (employee, management, general organization,
taxpayer, applicant, etc.).
e. Lastly, what are 5 HRM practices or policies that managers and
organizations should avoid in order to attract, select, and retain a
motivated workforce?
