Work (4/5 per group) (60%).

Component 1: Written Proposal (30%)

Task: Develop a detailed proposal for a leadership development


program(refer to Appendix 1) aimed at [target audience, e.g., university
students]. The proposal should outline the program's goals, objectives,

budget.

Task: Present your leadership program proposal to the class. The


presentation should effectively communicate the key points of your
proposal, including the program's goals, target audience, curriculum, and
expected outcomes.

Requirements:
