Part-Time Software Engineer to Full-Time Manager

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in software engineering to
collaborate on a great opportunity. As a software development company, we have
numerous global teams in the world and have achieved significant success in the U.S.
market. We seek an individual who can secure jobs in the U.S. market and
organize and lead a team with outstanding technical and interpersonal skills to
bolster our competitive edge.

Description
In this role, you will conduct interviews with personal information about our U.S.
engineers to secure jobs, as most U.S. positions require U.S. citizenship.

- We will apply for jobs using our U.S. engineers' profiles in the U.S. market and
schedule the interviews.
- You will conduct video interviews, including introductory, technical, and cultural
interviews, with the interviewers using U.S. engineers' names to secure jobs.
- If you pass all interview steps, we will handle all types of background checks and
manage the equipment, including laptops, which will be sent from the company.
- After securing the jobs, we will open an office near your home and hire
developers to maintain the secured jobs. Alternatively, you can recommend
developers who can work on the jobs. You can transfer the jobs to the
developers, who will handle the projects 100%. You will just need to lead the
team and collaborate with them on the jobs. After transferring, you can focus on
securing the next jobs.

Compensation

Option 1 (Semi-Monthly):

- $50 per hour + $1,000 bonus whenever you win a job

Option 2 (Semi-Monthly):

- Part-Time Engineer: $2,000 monthly + $1,000 bonus whenever you win a job.
- Full-Time Manager: $3,000 monthly + $1,000 bonus whenever you win a job.

Option 3 (Semi-Monthly):

We pay 60% of the income from the job after a 30% tax (Income tax in U.S.) for
you and the developer working on this job. For example, if you secure a $120k/year
job, we will pay you $4,200 monthly ((120,000−120,000×0.3)×0.6/12) for the job.
We focus on jobs ranging from $120k/year to $180k/year, so you will get paid
more if you secure higher-salary jobs. We will use the remaining 40% of the
payment to maintain the internal teams, profiles, offices and equipment.
- If we hire the developers:
 You: 30% of the payment ($2,100/month)
 Developer: 30% of the payment ($2,100/month)
- If you recommend your developers:
We will send all 60% of the payment ($4,200 monthly) to you, and we will
not be involved in how much you pay them.

Requirements

- Fluency in English is a must and working in the U.S. timezone is required.


- Option 1 of skill sets: C#, ASP.NET, Angular, React, Azure, or AWS
- Option 2 of skill sets: React, Node.js, Python, Django, AWS, or GCP
