Note:
1. The bank should not collect the down payment amount from the customer and then pay
Ola Financial Services in full. Such cases will not be handled. Instead, the customer has to
pay the down payment amount on the Ola app.
2. Scooter invoice will be sent to the customer’s registered email address after down
payment and document verification for scooter registration is completed.
3. Post loan disbursement, the loan providing bank should share the primary UTR number of
the transaction with the customer. The same will be collected from the customer for
disbursement verification purposes.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The generation of this Proforma Invoice does not constitute sale of the vehicle.
2. The purchaser shall be liable to obtain valid insurance before registration of vehicle (Insurance amount shall be payable on app in
the opt-in case)
3. The vehicle booking will be confirmed only after realisation of the total payment as indicated in the Proforma Invoice. Upon
payment confirmation, the payment transaction details along with payment proof / receipt have to be uploaded in this Form:

4. The purchaser has to register its mobile number with Ola Electric for purchase of the vehicle. Link for registering the mobile

5. The delivery of the vehicle will be subject to registration at the jurisdictional Regional Transport Office. Once registration is
complete, the delivery of the vehicle will be attempted within 7 working days.
6. In the event of purchaser's ineligibility under the FAME-II Scheme, the benefit of demand incentive under the FAME-II Scheme will
be withdrawn and the purchase price liability in respect of the vehicle will increase to the extent of the subsidy availed. 7. Prices
(provided by way of a Quotation or a Proforma Invoice) are valid for 30days from the date of issue. 8. Prices (provided by way of a
Quotation or a Proforma Invoice) are subject to change to the prices in effect at the time of delivery. Seller reserves the right to make
any corrections to prices quoted due to clerical errors or errors of omission. In the event of any specific requirements (including
without limitation any design, specification, ordered quantity, or shipment changes) representing a price increase, Buyer will be
notified and afforded an opportunity to confirm.
9. Cancellation of order is not allowed post invoice generation
10. Income Tax PAN card mandatory with every order along with residence proof and Aadhaar card.
11. Force Majeure clause would be applicable on all deliveries
12. The terms and conditions governing this Proforma Invoice shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the
primary Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Ola Electric Technologies Private Limited and Ola Electric Mobility Private
