Executive Summary
Introduction
As we close the year, it is with great gratitude that I present this report summarizing the milestones,
activities, and achievements of our Blessed Youth Fellowship. This year has been a testament to the
Lord's faithfulness and the commitment of our members to serving Him wholeheartedly. From
spiritual growth to community outreach and from supporting our brethren in times of joy and need, we
have seen God’s hand guiding us in all we have undertaken.
This report reflects the collective efforts of each member, showcasing how, through unity and
dedication, we have been able to fulfill our mission of spreading the gospel, fostering fellowship, and
building one another in faith and service.
We may not have achieved as much as we had projected or hoped for during the year. I acknowledge
the shortcomings, weaknesses, errors, and mistakes that may have occurred along the way. This serves
as a humble reminder of how crucial your input and ideas are as we move forward into the New Year.

Please feel free to share your thoughts and suggestions they might be exactly what we need to foster a
better and more fruitful fellowship.
1. Spiritual Growth
Bible study sessions strengthened our faith and understanding of God's word. This happened through our
morning sessions, physical seminars, and virtual
seminars as well.
We encouraged a majority of you to be active
participants in our local home cell fellowships as
well, however, a majority of us still do not
participate in this.
We could actively participate in the daily prayers
virtually, with the accountability groups taking
the lead on select days.
2. Evangelism
We had evangelism and outreach sessions
throughout the year, the morning early bird
team on Sunday has maintained consistency on
this which is quite impressive. We managed to
participate in outdoor crusades and worship
and some of us got an opportunity to preach in
the crusades.
We had some of us participating in the hospital
evangelism led by the hospital ministry team
and we managed to do a prison visit too from
the regional team
However, our activities on matters evangelism
for this year have been very minimal which is
quite wanting, moving forward we need to put
our heads together and explore ways to execute
this better in the new year.

3. Youth Weddings and Celebration
We supported multiple weddings of our brethren, ensuring they had a memorable start to their marital
journey. A big Thank you to all who came out to
support our dear ones in various ways during the
planning process for these events and on the actual
day.
Congratulations to our graduates this year, whom we
celebrated in a special Sunday service. We pray for
every one of you and wish you the favor of God in
your careers and future endeavors. Please join the
church professional group to start networking early
with the relevant individuals in your field.

5. Youth Conferences and Seminars
We successfully hosted a physical youth
conference at Utawala and several virtual
seminars, organized by the seminars task
team.
We also participated in regional
conferences and seminars at the Metro
level and within the Eastern Zone as well.
Unfortunately, our participation in such
sessions has also been very dismal with
only a few of us showing up. We can do
better in the New Year.
6. Community Outreach
We hosted street children in church, sharing meals and the word of God with them. A big thank you to the
street families’ task team for ensuring we constantly
kept this activity running.
7. Professional Growth
Active participation in the Professionals Sunday service encouraged networking and collaboration among
members of different professions.
We had a session on faith at work where we were taught valuable insights on how to be an effective
believer even at work or business.

8. Financial Stewardship
Contributions for various projects, including missions and weddings, were handled transparently and
efficiently. Special thanks to all who participated generously in support of all these obligations. I
appreciate our outgoing treasurer who did a splendid job and the assistant who has splendidly continued
with this duty.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all members for their unwavering commitment and support
throughout the year. Let us continue to serve the Lord with joy and excellence.
A special appreciation goes to our leaders, senior pastors, overseers, and elders for their dedicated
guidance and encouragement. We also deeply thank the office of the Blessed Senior Deputy
Archbishop for his unwavering support and invaluable contribution to the youth department. Your
efforts have greatly inspired and strengthened our fellowship throughout the year.
With Gratitude,
Japheth W. RDN Overseer
Chairperson.
