Details of the Recruitment Drive:
Position Available :Business Development Counselor
No. of Vacancies 150+
1. Domestic Process
o CTC: 6.5 LPA
o Training: 1-month training with INR 21,428 per month (fixed) + incentives
o Post-training: 4.1 LPA Fixed + 2.4 LPA Variable
o Work Hours: 2PM to 11 PM
o Working Days: 5 Days (Weekly Off on Tues, Wed)
2. International Process
o CTC: 7.2 LPA
o Training: 1-month training with INR 21,428 per month (fixed) + incentives
o Post-training: 4.8 LPA Fixed + 2.6 LPA Variable
o Work Hours: 9PM TO 7 AM
o Working Days: 5 Days (Weekly Off on Tues, Wed)
