According to the Korean Society For The Study Of

Obesity official hompages, Obesity is defined as


abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that presents a
risk to a number of chronic diseases, including diabetes,
diseases and cancer. Therefore, obesity is associated
with decreases in life expectancy. Also weight loss of 5-
10% is associated with clinically significant health
benefits. In Korea, a person with a body mass index of
25 kg/m2 or more is considered obese. In 2012, the U.S.
Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF)
recommended screening all adults for obesity and
USPSTF advised that clinicians offer or refer patients
with obesity to intensive, multicomponent behavioral
interventions.

Then what is the main problems of Obesity? The most


things i argue is
4Obesity is a growing concern worldwide, leading to
various health problems such as diabetes, heart
disease, and certain cancers. It also has significant
social and economic implications, including increased
healthcare costs and reduced productivity.

II think it is serious problems that it needed nationl


soultions including individual's effort. First of all, Public
awareness should be guranted. For example,
Governments can launch campaigns to educate the
public about healthy eating and active lifestyles. Also,
they can regulate citizen's obesity by limiting with laws
or legal. How about regulation of Food Industries?
Implementing regulations on food marketing, especially
to children, and promoting healthier food options in
schools and public institutions. However, this kind of
rules may be too strict to them.
Access to Healthy Foods-Increasing access to fresh
fruits and vegetables in underserved areas through
community gardens and farmers' markets. From an
educational perspective, we can get a solution like
Physical Activity Programs. Investing in public parks,
recreational facilities, and community fitness programs
to encourage physical activity.

The individual's opinion about Obesity i guess is that it


would cause psychological problems rather tha physical
issues. Social prejudice against obesity still exists, which
can affect a person's self-esteem. To
change this perception, education and awareness
improvement are needed. In many ways, obesity is a
problem that greatly affects an individual's health. In
many ways, obesity is a problem that greatly affects an
individual's health and quality of life. Preventing and
managing this requires constant attention and effort.lity
