24-Hour Timetable

Morning

6:00 AM - 6:15 AM: Wake up and freshen up.

6:15 AM - 6:45 AM: Exercise or yoga for physical and mental health.

6:45 AM - 7:15 AM: Take a shower and get ready for the day.

7:15 AM - 7:45 AM: Breakfast and light reading (news, hobbies, etc.).

Study/Productivity

7:45 AM - 10:15 AM: Focused study or work session (without distractions).

10:15 AM - 10:30 AM: Break (stretch, hydrate, or short walk).
