DOCUMENTS VARIFICATION / ADMISSION NOTICE – 2024
The candidates who have been allotted/ freezed/locked seats at Ramkrishna Mahato Government Engineering college
for admission into 1st year B.Tech 2024 are hereby directed to report at the institute (for documents
verifications/physical reporting and admission) on the dates as stated hereunder with the following fees and
documents for final admission. Students who will be allocated after the 2nd round Mop up round will also have to bring
the necessary fees and documents on the dates (As mentioned below) for final admission. Students are instructed to
strictly follow the schedule of admission.

Students are instructed to pay admission fee and tuition fee which is Rs 6900/- (for Non TFW), Rs. 900/- (for TFW)
(CSE & ECE department) and Rs. 3500/- (for Non TFW), Rs. 500/- (for TFW) (ME, EE and CE department)
through only online mode (via Google pay, phone pay, Bhim, UPI, etc) at the college Accounts Section or they
will make the payment earlier in their own convenience with the link

Students are also instructed to pay the remaining amount which is Rs 5,018/- (for CSE, ECE, ME, EE and CE
department) both for TFW and Non TFW students through only online mode (via Google pay, phone pay, Bhim,
UPI, etc) at the college Accounts Section or they will make the payment earlier in their own convenience with

will be authenticated through our end)

2. Provisional admission letter 2024 [Provided by college].
3. Provisional seat allotment letter 2024. (2 Copies)
4. Proof of date of birth (Admit of class 10th/Birth certificate). (Xerox 2 Copies)
5. WBJEE Rank Card 2024. (2 Copies)
6. WBJEE admit card 2024. (2 Copies)
7. West Bengal Domicile Certificate as per WBJEEB 2024 format. (Xerox 2 Copies)
8. Family income certificate for TFW – YES candidates - as per WBJEEB 2024 format. (Xerox 2
Copies)
Reservation certificate for EWS/ SC / ST / OBC / PWD (OBC-A/B /EWS certificates must be
issued on or after 01.04.2024. It must be mentioned that the candidate belongs to the NCL (non-
Creamy layer) and subcategory of OBC-A OBC-B or EWS). (Xerox 2 Copies)
8. Mark sheet of Madhyamik / equivalent. (Xerox 2 Copies)
9. Mark sheet of Higher Secondary / Equivalent (Xerox 2 Copies)
10. 12th Registration Certificate. (1 Copy)
11. Student Aadhaar Card. (Xerox 2 Copies)
12. Anti-ragging affidavit on Rs.10/- non judicial stamp paper – one by applicant and one by father/
Guardian. (1 Copy Xerox & 1 Copy Original).
13. A certificate from registered medical practitioner regarding general health and fitness of the
applicant (Blood Group & Vision must be mentioned). (1 Copy)
14. One recent colored pass port size photo which to be attached on Admission Form.
15. Payment Receipt. (Provide by College)
16. Transfer Certificate (in case admitted to any College after Class-XII).
17. Migration Certificate (in case already Registered under any University).
18. No Upgradation Form 2024.
Note:
1. The fees submitted to WBJEEB (Seat acceptance fee) by the students at the time of counseling will be either adjusted
with the tuition fees in the subsequent semester or refunded (as the case may be) when the said amount will be received
by the college from WBJEEB.
2. No hostel facility available for first semester Male students at present.
