(RESEARCH ASSOCIATE)

Applications are invited for the post of “Research Associate (RA)” on contract basis for a
period of ten months (from the date of appointment or the date of completion of the project,
whichever is earlier) in an ongoing research project entitled, ‘Preserving India’s Rich
Cultural Heritage: A Study of Role of the National Mission for Manuscripts’, funded by
Narayan Das Saraf Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. The post is co-terminus with the Project.

Essential Qualifications
i.) MA (Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology/ History/ Political Science/
Sociology/ Anthropology)
ii.) UGC-NET/ JRF (Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology/ History/
Political Science/ Sociology/ Anthropology)

Age Limit
Upper Age Limit is 28 years as on the date of application, with relaxation to SC/ST/OBC
candidates as per Government of India norms.

Remuneration
INR 15,000 per month
