B. Course Objectives and Learning Outcomes


1. Course Description
Students are given the basic knowledge about project management. The purpose of this course
is to let students know the entire live cycle of pre-project and during project activities. After
studying this course, the students should be able to define the role of Projects and Project
Managements and should also be familiar with all the terms, tools and techniques that are used
in Project Management
2. Course Main Objective

Upon completion of this course, students are expected to be able:


• To understand the concepts of Project Management for planning to execution of
projects.
• To understand the feasibility analysis in Project Management and network analysis
tools for cost and time estimation.
• To comprehend the fundamentals of Contract Administration, Costing and Budgeting.
• To analyze, apply and appreciate contemporary project management tools and

Arrangements for availability of faculty and teaching staff for individual student
