Topic : Voiced Sounds (Master Speaking)

Tutor : Mr. Sam

Date : Day 4 (28th December 2023)

Pronunciation: Voiced
Pronunciation is the way a word or language is spoken, or the way someone says a word.
Phonetic symbols are the symbols used to represent the sounds of a language in writing. Voiced
is a term used to describe a sound produced by the vibration of the vocal cords. For example, the
sound /b/ in the word "bed" is voiced, while the sound /p/ in the word "pet" is unvoiced. You can
feel the difference by putting your hand to your throat and saying these words. There are many
phonetic symbols that represent voiced sounds in English: some consonants are voiced and all
vowels and diphthongs are also voiced.
