AFFIDAVIT
I, RAM SINGH S/O LATE SH. TODI SINGH R/O H.NO. 540,
GALI NO 6, LAKHPAT COLONY PART-2 (KHASRA NO.365),
MEETHAPUR EXTN., BADARPUR NEW DELHI-110044, (AADHAR
NO.486726052271) Do hereby solemnly affirm and
declare as under:-
1.That the deponent has three sons namely
RAJBAHADUR SINGH (elder son), RANVEER SINGH
(Middle Son) and SHIV RAM SINGH (Younger son). My
Two sons RAJBAHADUR SINGH and RANVEER SINGH are
gone astray and are not in my say.
2.That I hereby disown and disinherit my two sons
namely RAJBAHADUR SINGH (elder son) and RANVEER
SINGH (middle son) from my all movable and
immovable properties.
3.That my both above said sons are not in my
control. If, anybody will deal with my sons
RAJBAHADUR SINGH and RANVEER SINGH, They will do
so of his own responsibility and I will not
responsible for any act done by my above said
sons.
4.That the deponent has executed Deed of Disowning
which bears his signatures and the deponent has
disowned his two sons. The contents of the
disowning deed are true and correct. The deponent
has disowned his above named sons of his free
will and consent, as they were not according to
the temperaments of the deponent and were not
obedient to him. The above named sons was beyond
his control and supervision, so the deponent
severe all relations with him and disowns him
from his inheritance absolutely and forever
heretofore.
5.That the contents of the deed of disowning
executed by the deponent be read as part and
parcel of this affidavit

the contents of my affidavit are true and correct to
the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has
been concealed therein.

Whereas, I Have Three Sons and One Daughter Namely,
1.RAJ BAHADUR SINGH
2.RANVEER SINGH
3.SHIV RAM SINGH
4.PUNAM
NOW THIS DEED FURTHER WITNESSETH AS UNDER
1. That my two sons namely RAJBAHADUR SINGH
(elder son), RANVEER SINGH (Middle Son), are
disobedient and is not according to my
temperaments also beyond our control and
supervision. They are committing acts against
the social norms of my family.
2. That my aforementioned sons has no speaking
terms with me, there act and conduct are not
in consonance with the requirement of my
family.
3. That I disown my above named sons RAJBAHADUR
SINGH and RANVEER SINGH from our inheritance
absolutely and forever in respect of my all
moveable and immoveable properties. I am not
responsible for there any act or deed if any
illegally or unlawfully committed by them.
4. That I have executed this deed of my free
will, wish and desire without any influence or
coercion.
In witness thereof executants have put their
signatures/thumb impressions at Delhi, on 14th
day of August 2024 in the presence of
