 Responsible to Optimize the LTE TDD Network for improving RSRP, RSRQ, DL/UL Throughput (UDP&TCP),
RSSI,SINR,ICIC, and removing swap of the site.
 Solving RF problems and optimization of network according to coverage and capacity requirement.
 Verify network performance factors like site locations, antenna heights, azimuths, antenna tilts, interference etc
 LTE Network Optimization and Neighbor addition deletion.
 SCFT, Optimization and Cluster drive Report Preparation.
 Pre-Launch Tuning & Optimization to meet KPI Requirements.
 RF Parameter Management and Optimization.
 Sound Understanding of LTE Standards and RSRP, RSRQ, CINR, PCI Parameters.
 Basic Knowledge LTE TDD RF Design.
 Role in this network is to look after the overall planning of the sites
 SCFT which include, Attach-Detach, Ping latency, upload and download throughput in TCP/UDP, bidirectional throughput.
 Pilot Cluster drive test to check on the coverage and throughput levels achieved in different clutter environments.
 Indoor/Outdoor Hot Spots testing.
 SWAP with 3G and 2G technology, with diplexer.

 Responsible for Neighbour Scrubbing of 4 carrier sites as per the neighbour relation strategy of Markets.
 Responsible for Performing Parameter Audits and Tunings as per standard FGA.
 Analysis and Recommendations for CPICH RSCP, Pilot Pollution, Downlink Interference, UL UE Transmitted Power and HSDPA
throughput plots.
 Addressing problem areas to improve RSCP and Ec/Io of the network.
 In depth understanding of WCDMA call flows, HSDPA, HSUPA technologies with their latest releases.
 Troubleshooting call drops, setup failures, handover failures and suggesting changes to improve the network Key performance
indicators (KPI).
 IRAT/ IFHO/SHO parameter tuning.
 Basic Understanding of WCDMA Counters and Parameters for Admission and Congestion Control.
