Description/content The Master's programme in International Finance at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin
(HWR) is designed for students from Germany and abroad. Applicants are expected to have a
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification and the requisite basic knowledge of finance. The
Master's programme comprises advanced finance courses. It highlights the international
perspectives of finance, is particularly practice-oriented and modern. The programme focuses
equally on corporate and capital market finance. A focus is on asset and risk management as well as
on qualifications around Fintechs and sustainability. The international orientation of the
programme is matched by the cosmopolitan nature of the student body. Graduates of the Master's
programme in International Finance will have acquired extensive expertise to effectively take on
demanding financial management tasks in a variety of sectors.
