HIGHWAY ENGINEERING (CE9051) – TERM PROJECT

1. PROJECT TASK: Design a suitable pavement for the road stretch assigned to your group using

ORN31.

2. The project assessment includes two components

a. Design report

b. Oral presentation

DESIGN REPORT

1. Submit a design report (one per group).

ORAL PRESENTATION

1. You’re expected to present the details of your design with the aid of any presentation tool.

2. Duration of the presentation (per group)

Oral presentation 10 min

Question and Answer 05 min

Total 15 min

3. The assessment scheme for the final presentation will be as follows
