Description High protein obtained from broken rice by enzyme (free from foreign materials or other cereals),
Non GMO, Gluten free and hypoallergenic.

Applications Rice protein is used in various energy supplements and bakery items owing to its nutritional
value and high functional properties. Rising confectionery, bakery and sports & energy drinks
along with increase in gluten free, vegan, non-GMO cheese industries, Meat analogues and is
used in pet animal feed industries

ingredients is not possible for products without milk based-ingredients so it cannot be
allergen.

Irradiation The product, including the raw material used for the production, are not subjected to any kind of
irradiation treatment.

Storage The product has to be stored in its unopened original packaging, in appropriate and good
ventilated place; storage should be free from odorous products and pests.
Shelf Life Under these conditions the product can be stored for 18 months.

Legislation The specified characteristics will not be modified without previous notice to the
customer. Certifications: FSSC22000 ,ISO22000, ISO9001, ISO45001, Halal,
Kosher.
