Super Check Process – User Manual

After installing the TNEBGIS mobile application in an


Android mobile, the Icon mention below will appear
on the mobile screen.

When the Icon is clicked, the TNEBGIS mobile


application login screen will open.

The username and password has to be entered

Engineer / O&M user

Click consumer
Indexing

Click the Super Check


Icon to proceed
After Data Loading is
completed, user specific
Dash Board will get
loaded

Click this button to


proceed with the
verification process

Data Pertaining to the


login will load in the
mobile for Offline usage

The verification process


will be based on
Distribution Code, Click
this select the
Distribution Code

Select the Distribution


code to proceed with
the verification process
Already reverified
Consumers will be
picked randomly and
displayed for verification

The verifier has to go


near the consumer
location and click on the
green dot to proceed
further

When the Green Dot is


touched, this pop up will
open, if the consumer is
available in that location
then the Correct option
can be selected and then
Submit button has to be
pressed

Note : While pressing submit button with Correct option, then it is mandatory that the user is within 5
metres around the consumer location.

If the consumer is not


available in the present
location then the
Incorrect option can be
selected and if required
any remark can be
entered and then
submitted

In In the Similar manner the consumers can


be reverified till his target is completed
For Assistant Executive Engineer and Executive Engineer, the home page that will display after login is shown
below.

Data Pertaining to

For Executive Engineer ,the section need to be selected for verification as shown below.

After selection of the section, the verification process is similar as described in the previous page.
