Memorandum of Understanding

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets for the terms and understanding between Mr.
Santosh Taye and Rohan Ashish to utilize the Phonebook contacts for the sole purpose
Of Advertisement and marketing for the firm SDLC Training, Bangalore and Lakshmi
Computers Bangalore and its affiliated firms.

Any other purposes usage of data of Rohan Ashish including tampering and sale of data
Will attract judicial actions under respective jurisdictions.

Background
Rohan Ashish and Mr. Santosh Taye are partnered by the firm SDLC Training institute,
Bangalore.

Purpose
This MOU will (purpose/goals of partnership)
The above goals will be accomplished by undertaking the following activities:

partners) this MOU shall end on (end date of partnership).
