Unet, have been examined with reference to G.O.MSNo. 168 MA DL.7/4/2012 and as per he
land use of sanctioned master plan of a Visakhapatnam and zoning regulation issued there under
land with the provisions of HMC Act 1955 together with rules in forces and the permisstou
here by granted as tabulated below.
The permission accorded does not confer any owner ship rights and pernmission accorded
based on the documents submitted, if at later stage found the same as false and fabricated
they are shall be revoked under the provision of section 45 of the HMC Act 1995.
Further architect/licensed surveyor shall be solely held responsible for presentation of
facts and figures. Any misrepresentation shall attract action as per G.0.M.S.No. 168 MA
UD Dept MA Dated. 7/4/2012.
The permission is valid for three years. However the applicant should commence the
construction with in one year failing which the permission shallbe deemed to be expired.
The applicant should give completion certificate as required under section 455 of the
HMC Act 1955 read with byelaws No.12.1 of Municipal Corporationbuilding byclaws
1981occupying the building (format enclosed) tailing which the corporation constraineú
to disconnect water supply and also power supply without issuing any notice for not
coniplying.
The applicant also directed not to keep any building material or any material on the road
and if noticed, the same shal be removed departmentally to avoid traflic problems and no
debris shall be kept on the road margin failing which the corporation constrained to scize
the material
