Tips:

2. Why Did My Driver Fail to Install?
2.1. Please check the power cord interface
is connected to the adapter interface (you
need to insert it forcefully)
2.2. Please check the power connector
and USB cable connector are plugged into
the printer
2.3. Please check the USB cable of the
printer is connected to the computer
2.4. Please check the power cable is
plugged in and energized
2.5. Please check the printer power switch
is on during the driver installation

1. Ensure the power switch 2. Connect the power cord

open cover button on the side.
Load thermal label paper
(sticker face up).Close the
cover on the printer and turn on
the printer power switch
Driver Installation for Windows
1. Plug in the USB flash 2. Move Windows
drive that came with the Driver+Windows Video
package to get driver Tutorial+Template
Label to the desktop
3. Plug in the USB cable to 4. Double-click to
connect the printer to the open the Windows

9. The printer driver installation complete and installed
successfully
Click Finish ( Installation complete)
Verify the printer is installed successfully:
1. Click the Start icon in the bottom left corner
2. Click Settings
3. Click Devices
4. Click Printers & Scanners
5. Click printer 4B-2054N
Click Manage
6. Click Printer a test page
7. If the Test Page is successfully printed, the
printer is successfully installed. Now you can
print all kinds of thermal labels!
Driver Installation for Mac OS
1. Plug in the USB flash 2. Move Mac OS
drive that came with the Driver+Mac OS Video
package to get driver Tutorial+Template Label to
the desktop
3. Plug in the USB cable 4. Double-click to
to connect the printer to open the Mac OS
the computer (Ensure the Driver
printer power switch is on)
Tips: If the mac driver cannot be
opened, follow these 6 steps
(If there is nothing pop up, click Continue):
Step 1: Click OK Step 2: Click the Apple
icon in the top left corner
of the screen
Step 3: Click Step 4: Click
System Preferences Security & Privacy
Step 5: Click Open Anyway Step 6: Click Open
(Set complete)
5. Click Continue
6. Click Install
7. Enter your computer password
Click Install Sofware
8. After around 30 seconds, the printer is installed
successfully
Verify the printer is installed successfully:
1. Click the Apple icon in the top left corner
Click System Preferences
2. Click Printers & Scanners
3. Check the location indicated by the arrow on the left
and automatically display the 4B-2054N printer name +
Idle status(If these tips are not available, check the power
cord is powered on+the power switch is on+the USB cable
is connected)
4. Click Open Print Queue
5. Click Printer 6. If the Test Page is
Click Print Test Page successfully printed,
the printer is
successfully installed.
Now you can print all
kinds of thermal
labels!
Label Printer FAQ
Q1:Print Sideway Q2:Print Small Q3:Print Incomplete Q4:Print blank
A1: The paper size setting of the printed page needs to
be the same as the document size and thermal label
size, and the printing direction should be vertical.
A2 & A3: The paper size setting of the printed page
needs to be the same as the document size and thermal
label size, and then adjust the printing percentage on
the printed page according to the actual demand.
A4: When loading paper, the sticker facing up.
Then make sure the paper is thermal label paper
