President Ho Chi Minh's Hometown and Foreign Hometown.
The historical relic site is truly a convergence point for the emotions of our
compatriots and even international friends. Millions of visitors visit each year to
see their admiration for the territory. Dear President Ho Chi Minh and It is also the
remembrance and gratitude of millions of compatriots who are looking towards the

of Dong Loc Crossroads with old memorabilia showing the brutal war as well as
the will to fight and the national spirit of the Vietnamese people during the war.

Next, we will eat and rest at noon then continue on the road to enter Quang Tri and
the next place to visit is Quang Tri ancient citadel.
After sightseeing, we continued on our way straight to dreamy Hue to rest and
continue our journey tomorrow. The first place on our third day of field trip was
Thien Mu Pagoda in Thua Thien Hue. Coming here, I was able to admire an
extremely ancient pagoda with a very special name, Thien Mu Pagoda, a check-in
place not to be missed when visiting this ancient capital. This is a pagoda with
natural beauty. However, the history is 400 years old.
The second place this morning is the ancient capital of Hue, a place not to be
missed when tourists come to the dreamy land of Hue. The ancient capital of Hue
is located right next to the quiet Perfume River, built by the Nguyen Dynasty from
the The late 19th century, seen from the outside, appears with a magnificent
ancient beauty containing unique architectural works. Coming here, I feel like I
have been immersed and say that I am living in the past with the scenery and royal
scenery. magnificent, reminiscent of a page in the country's heroic history.
That afternoon we continued to visit the first historical tomb site, the tomb of King
Minh Mang. As far as I know, Minh Mang mausoleum is one of the outstanding
Nang Tap works that impresses visitors with its typical Confucian architecture and
prime location. This place has always been the most popular tourist attraction of
the mausoleum. Minh Mang is also known as Hieu Lang, the tomb of King Minh
Mang is located on Cam Khe mountain about 12 km from the city. Really, I
witnessed a great historical architectural mausoleum as well as being introduced to
the history of King Minh Mang in Ancient Times by the tour guide ancient beauty
here.
The next and last place on today's tour is the
mausoleum of King Khai Dinh. As far as I
know, this place is also known by another name,
Ung Lang, the general mausoleum of Emperor
Khai Dinh of the 12th Nguyen Dynasty. When I
step foot here, I feel the majestic ancient
features as well as the investment of brainpower
as well as the massive architectural work that
Khai Dinh has built for himself for us to admire
later.
End of a day of sightseeing in Hue. We return to the hotel and rest. Tomorrow we
will have a half day to travel to Da Nang. On the first afternoon in Da Nang, we
will visit the stone village, a cultural craft village in Da Nang with many skillful
sculptures made from sparkling gemstones. It is truly a place for me to expand.
vision of the art craft village as well as the craftsmanship of artisans in Vietnamese
craft villages.

Next is the tourist destination that I look forward to the most on this trip, none
other than Hoi An. Hoi An ancient town is a famous city of Quang Nam province,
an ancient town that is kept almost intact with more than 1,000 ancient
architectural relics, streets, houses, assembly halls, temples, temples, churches,
ancient wells, and delicious dishes. Eating the soulful traditions of the people here
Hoi An captivated my heart with its timeless beauty, extremely rustic, simple as
well as strangely ancient and peaceful.
And the last place to visit on our trip is Linh Ung Pagoda, a famous spiritual place
on Son Tra peninsula in Da Nang province, where this is a land where you can
grill. The side facing the sea has a connection and a silver statue of Guan Yin was
built to clearly see the direction to the sea, truly a spiritual tourist destination that is
both sacred and beautiful like a fairyland.
The end of the trip brought me many emotions, not only the increased
understanding but also the experience when I entered a new land with so many
cultural beauties that do not belong to history but also to people here, spiritually
when we visited two ancient and sacred temples. After the field trip to the central
region, I saw that 21st century skills are truly necessary for my current life.
Specifically, there are the following 5 skills that I have learned from life
experiences when applying during the trip : critical thinking and problem solving ,
communication skill, flexibility and adaptability, cultural collaboration skill, digital
literacy.

 Cultural Collaboration: Participating in group activities, such as guided tours

or cultural workshops, fostered collaboration and teamwork with fellow
travelers and locals.
 Adaptability: Navigating unfamiliar environments and unforeseen
challenges honed my adaptability and problem-solving skills.
 Communication: Engaging with locals and fellow travelers facilitated cross-
cultural communication and collaboration.
 Critical Thinking: Analyzing historical contexts and interpreting cultural
significance sharpened my critical thinking abilities.
 Digital Literacy: Utilizing technology for navigation and documenting
experiences improved my digital literacy and resourcefulness.

I was profoundly affected by this seven-day adventure. Beyond just sightseeing, I

learned a great deal about the history, people, and culture of Vietnam. By forcing
me to leave my comfort zone, adjust to new surroundings, and value different
viewpoints, the trip promoted personal growth.
As I think back on the event, I see how crucial it is to accept cultural diversity and
pursue lifelong learning. A desire to see more of the world was piqued by the trip. I
am appreciative of the experiences made and the abilities learned since they have
helped me become a more knowledgeable, flexible, and culturally sensitive person.

Question 2 (5 points): Write about an essay of 300 words what made your deepest
impression of “GALA EVENING” in Cua Lo, Nghe An Province with your
teachers and friends.

An amazing and remarkable incident occurred during the gala supper held during
the English department field trip. The most striking feature of that gala meal was
the opulent, sophisticated, yet cozy and private ambiance we were surrounded by. I
can clearly recall the thrill and expectation I had heading into this event.
The hotel, with its elegant interior design and well-decorated space, was less than a
kilometer away from the beach for the event. A sophisticated and romantic
ambiance was produced by the shimmering lights, soft music coming from the
speakers, and the well-organized, striking rows of chairs. Looking like we were
entering a royal dinner, we donned glitzy attire.

The gala's music and performances added to the evening's specialness, with each
act making a lasting impression on the audience. I recall the gifted students'
energetic singing performances, live dance routines, and witty comedy in which a
teacher and driver were featured. In addition, I was genuinely startled, delighted,
and moved by the brief film that reflected on our trip and expressed sincere
gratitude to our drivers and professors. It was a memorable night due to the lively
atmosphere and contagious excitement of everyone.

And lastly, the happiness I experienced with my professors and friends will never
leave me. In order to assist us retain a portion of those priceless memories, we sat
down and shared meaningful images while writing down our deepest emotions. All
of these photos were later put online. In addition to developing our relationships,
this was a wonderful opportunity to grow up and make cherished experiences that
will last a lifetime. The value of relationships and shared experiences comes back
to me as I think back on the Gala Evening in Cua Lo. It was a celebration of our
connections and the memories we've made together, not just a get-together. I will
always have a particular place in my heart for this evening as a representation of
harmony and friendship.
