ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR ACQUISITION OF AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT (ATC)


Kindly refer to our discussion with respect to the development of an Engineering Design package of
your proposed refinery project with a view to securing an Approval to Construct (ATC) from the
Nigerian Midstream and Downstream and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA).
Moric Energy Global Limited is pleased to inform you of our commitment to develop the Design for
grant of ATC for a total sum of Two hundred and fifty million Naira (NGN 250,000,000) with payments
following the order:
(i) NGN 175,000,000 (70% of fee) - Upon Agreement signing billed for; the purchase of ASPEN
Hysys Software to be used; signaling the commencement of Design Work.
(ii) NGN 50,000,000 (20% of fee) - On completion and submission of the Engineering Design.
(iii) NGN 25,000,000 (10% of fee) – For Design Review and HAZOP workshop with NMDPRA

Our Solutions team/consultants are sophisticated and can provide the Design within two (2) months
of your order and from the date of making initial down payment as defined in “Appendix A”.
Please be assured of our quality services that will be provided within the highest standards.
Kindly note that the agreed sum of Two hundred and fifty million Naira (NGN 250,000,000) shall be
paid as stipulated to:

1.0 Services
Contractor’s services shall consist solely of the preparation, development and delivery of
a Engineering Design Definition Study including preparation of Basis of Design document,
Location evaluation, emissions estimate, process configuration definition, preliminary
equipment list and sizing, site plan, non-detailed (2-D) plant dimensional model, and cost
estimate Study for the Refinery, as set forth below.
