Employee Birthday Celebration Policy

Objective:
As a symbol of appreciation and to emphasize that employees are part of our management
family, this policy celebrates their birthdays while ensuring minimal disruption to workplace
operations.

Birthday Celebration Multiple Birthdays in the Same Week:


Scheduling - If two or more employees’ birthdays fall within the same
week, the celebration will take place on the last working day
of the week.
- The celebration will be organized during the happy hour
or lunch hour to avoid disruption to work.
Birthday on an Off Day or Holiday:
- If an employee’s birthday falls on an off day or holiday,
the celebration will be held on the working day prior to the
birthday.
Employee on Leave:
- If the employee is on leave on their birthday, the
company will serve that cake to the team

Celebration Responsibility:
Arrangements - The HR department will be in charge of planning and
executing the birthday celebration, in coordination with
team members.
- The celebration plan must be approved by management in
advance.
Time Limit:
- The duration of the celebration will be pre-determined to
ensure it does not interfere with regular work schedules.
Venue:
- Celebrations will not take place within the main
workspace but at a designated area outside the immediate
work environment.

Gifts and Wishes Management-Provided Gifts:


- The management will provide a gift to the employee as
part of the celebration.
Private Gifting:
- If colleagues wish to present additional gifts, this will be
done privately, with no involvement or oversight from the
management.

Inclusivity and Courtesy - All team members are encouraged to participate in the
celebration to foster team spirit.
- Respect for individual preferences and cultural sensitivities
will be maintained during all celebrations.

Implementation:

This policy is effective immediately and will be reviewed periodically to ensure its alignment
with organizational values and employee satisfaction.
