Currently a pandemic is being experienced which has affected all human beings, thus changing
their lifestyles, work and studies, on the study side, 2 forms of study have been implemented
which is distance study or better known as lunchED and the face to face method, which creates
a huge question: what is the best study method?

Various speculations and assumptions have been seen on this subject since many people have
different points of view not only with the rubric of study but also of which method they are safer
and not exposed, personally I consider that the face to face school is much better since it allows
us to be surrounded by an environment that makes it easier for us to concentrate, in addition to
being able to have more dialogues with teachers and thus better understand any subject, since
if we are studying online it is very difficult to concentrate because of our environment since we
do not There is no one to discipline and avoid distractions such as electronic devices, food or
one of the most famous techniques that is sleeping during the class period. On the other hand, in
schools that are only online they put an excessive amount of work which creates in students a
lot of stress, anxiety and insomnia.

Therefore, people do not like the face-to-face model since the training lasts as long as it lasts
and when the class ends there is no possibility of receiving it again. In addition, having to travel
to the place where the class is taught, extra time is invested in it. On the other hand, there is the
training limitation for geographical reasons. In other words, the student does not always have
the degree they want at hand, while the online model allows anyone to study whatever they
want, regardless of whether the training is provided by a university in China or one in the United
States. Due to these factors, people like distance learning more, allowing flexibility and
updating, since there are no predefined schedules, students can adapt the training to their
needs and reconcile work and family life with studies. In addition, the online world makes it
possible to be permanently informed and updated.

On the scientific side, according to studies, it has been confirmed that the face to face study
helps students a lot to learn better, in addition to having a teacher in front of them, seeing their
expressions or listening to the tone of their voice guarantees an extra information and a
proximity that the online model does not give, as well as keeping students attentive to carry out
their activities, human contact is also always a plus. Greater human interaction improves
engagement and fuels student competitiveness. In addition, you always learn more in company,
on the other hand, being subject to schedules, favors the establishment of study habits typical of
this type of learning. This type of study is easier since you will not have to worry about
technology since it can become frustrating and the following situations arise such as "I cannot
hear the audio, the video stops, the server goes down" among other things.

In conclusion, we can see that both learning methods are important since they allow students to
expand their knowledge despite the current situation, but thanks to the face-to-face model,
students have been able to improve their grades and lower their absences. Adolescents attend
school is totally necessary since it creates confidence in them and helps them to create bonds
with other people as well as to develop their personality and have an authoritarian identity, for
that and more reasons is that face to face classes are a lot more effective and help improve
school performance.
