Terms & Conditions:


The work should not be sold / Sub contracted / Sub let to any other party.
1. The above quoted rates are exclusive of VAT & all other taxes. As this site is a Free trade Zone Entity
2. The payment shall be made without deducting the applicable VAT & Withholding Tax at Source.
3. The above quantities are approximate. The final payment shall be made on actual measurement which can be more or
less than the quantities mentioned herein based on the joint measurement in compliance to the level, profile, drawing,
specification, etc. issued. All the surveys are the responsibility of the contractor and offered to the company for inspection
and approval.
4. The contractor should ensure the quality of work in all stages as per the standard practice and as per the codes.
5. The Contractor should follow the standard construction safety practices at site. No violation of safety act will be allowed
6. The cost of carrying out all necessary test has to be borne by the contractor.
7. The Contractor should arrange all the required equipment, tools, raw materials, etc. and their personnel for completing
the above job at their own cost, risk/responsibility. Except on Free Issue Material.
8. The Contractor should arrange at their own cost the required boarding/lodging, feeding, transportation facilities of their
personnel, water and electricity including dewatering arrangement.
9. Final settlement will be made after the contractor clears the location of all his excess materials. A completion certificate
duly signed by company representative is mandatory for final settlement. The payment shall be released within 30 days of
SUBMISSION of invoices for final bill & within 21 days for part / interim bill
10. The rates in the above table are for compacted quantities.
11. All expenses related to Community/Family for execution of job are inclusive of above quoted rates and shall be handled
by the Contractor.
12. All field measurements to be verified before procurement and execution.
13. All construction materials should be approved by the site manager and the samples to be taken on by the Engineer in
charge.
14. In case of any delay/poor performance, the management has the right to terminate the contract.
15. The Defect Liability Period of this work will be one year after the handing over of the completed structure. In case if any
defects found within this period, the Contractor should rectify the same at his own cost.
16.The Company name of Contractor in the Acceptance Letter, invoice & bank account has to be same. The bank account
should be of current account category.
17. Contractor should get the permission from the concerned base office with respect to the community clearance, before
commencing the work.
19. All expenses related to community for execution of job are inclusive of above quoted rates and shall be handled by the
contractor.

20. Contractor shall provide PPE items to his personnel. The contractor shall be responsible for safety and security of
Equipment and Personnel and any kind of injury or fatality to its personnel's shall be the responsibility of contractor.
21. Safety and security of the all materials belonging to the contractor are strictly in the scope of the contractor and the
company will not be responsible for any loss/damage & theft while stored at site.
22. Only approved skill workers are to be employed at site to adhere to the quality of work.
23. Scope of work includes maintaining proper housekeeping and hygienic conditions in and around the work site
throughout the period of work execution.
24. In case of any variation with respect to the drawings/specification/scope of work the same shall be communicated to
the site management before start of work, and any amended order prepared shall supersede.
25. Management reserves the rights to terminate the work/review the scope of work as deemed fit immediately without
any notice, if contractor failed to comply with the project time frame, quality requirements, standards, company
policies/values, etc. (Without any valid reasons).
26. If the Contractor does not comply with the company delivery schedule, then site management may require delivery by
the fastest way, and charges or cost must be fully absorbed by the Contractor. In the event of late delivery or failure to
deliver by the Contractor; the Company reserves the right to treat such Service Order as automatically cancelled or
overwritten.
27. The Company will be entitled at all times to offset any amount owed at any time by the Contractor or any of its affiliates
to the company against any amount payable at any time in connection with this Service Order.
28. Contractors should ensure to deliver all items to the Store Personnel and on no account should it be handed over to
End Users unless otherwise stated in writing by the Site Management.
