We have two options,
a. Replace all data :
All the existing duplicate records will be superseded by the new data.
So only latest record will be available in portal.

b.Enable Amend Check :

If a record exist and new record comes, then
1. Same datetime, same data1 to data12 ==> Delete the new record from
stack
2. Same datetime, anyone of data1 to data12 is different ==> new record
will come LIVE by superseding the existing record
