Role in a Nutshell:

We are looking for a high-energy individual as a Senior Manager leading the Central
Analytics Team at BrowserStack, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven
decision-making across the organization. You will oversee a team of skilled analysts and
data scientists, leveraging data insights to enhance product performance, customer
experience, and business strategies.

What will you do?

1. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data scientists,
fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
2. Strategic Analytics: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key business
questions, design analytical approaches, and deliver actionable insights to
support strategic initiatives

3. Data Governance: Establish data governance policies and processes to ensure


data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards

4. Dashboard Development: Oversee the development of interactive dashboards


and reporting tools to track KPIs, monitor business performance, and provide
real-time insights

5. Advanced Analytics: Drive advanced analytics initiatives such as predictive


modelling, machine learning, and AI algorithms to uncover hidden patterns,
predict trends, and optimize business outcomes

6. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to


executive leadership and key stakeholders, translating complex data into
compelling narratives and actionable strategies

7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization,


automation, and scalability within the analytics function, driving efficiency and
effectiveness.

8. Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and


best practices in analytics and data science, leveraging insights to drive
innovation and competitive advantage.

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics,


Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in analytics, data science, or business
intelligence roles, with a focus on SaaS products or technology-driven
companies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-
performing teams.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and
statistical analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python).
• Deep understanding of data governance principles, data modelling, and
database management.
• Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning,
predictive modelling, and data mining.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts
into business insights and recommendations.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving
measurable impact through data-driven strategies.
