NOTICE TO CANDIDATE
1. Punctuality: You must arrive on time for all examinations.
2. Formative Assessment: Assessment for learning (formative assessment) is an ongoing
process till the commencement of examination.
3. Reporting Time: Arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time of the paper. If you are late, you
will not be allowed to enter the examination venue.
4. Uniform: You must wear complete school uniform during examinations along with ID Card.
5. Attendance: You do not need to come to school when you do not have an examination
scheduled.
6. Departure:
- School buses will not ply, students to arrange their own transportation.
7. Exam Materials: You should bring all required examination materials (such as pencils, eraser,
scale, and geometrical instruments) in a transparent pouch along with a transparent writing pad.
You are not allowed to borrow anything from anyone during the examination.
8. Calculators: Calculators must meet specified guidelines from The University of Cambridge
International Examinations. Calculator covers are not allowed in the examination venue.
9. Academic Integrity: You must not engage in any unfair or dishonest practices before, during, or
after the examination. Such deceptive behaviour violates academic integrity, undermines the
examination process, and may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion. USGS / PPSIJC
maintains strict policies against cheating, using hidden notes, or unauthorized aids during exams,
as these actions compromise the fairness of the evaluation system. Scribbled notes on your body
or clothes are considered malpractice.Possession of unauthorized materials, regardless of intent to
use them, constitutes a violation of the rules.
10. Unauthorized Items & Prohibited Items: You must not have any unauthorized materials,
electronic devices, smart watches, or mobile phones in your possession. Pens with erasable ink
(e.g., Frixion pens by Pilot) are not permitted.
11. Conduct during examination: You must not communicate with or disturb other candidates
once inside the examination venue.
12. Reading Time: There will be no designated reading time provided.
15. Religious Symbols: Do not write any religious symbols on the answer booklet.
16. Stay in Venue: You cannot leave the examination block until all papers are collected and
accounted for.
17. Leaving Venue: When leaving the examination venue, leave behind the question paper, your
answer booklet or paper, rough work, and any other used or unused materials.
