Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products
(both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined
operating model and processes).

Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and
network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.

Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Must have Skills : Oracle Database Administration

Good to Have Skills : Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration

Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities :

1 Database Administration, Patching, Upgrades, Troubleshooting Managing Oracle 11g/12c/19c Databases RAC
environments

2 Cloning and Re-building the databases from Production to other Environments using Data pump and RMAN

3 Proactively monitoring the databases health and taking preventive or corrective action as required

4 Managing schema objects,such as tables,indexes,and views

5 Automation of tasks using shell scripting Knowledge of Oracle multitenancy architecture

Technical Experience : 2 years of work experience in customer facing organizations within the IT industry
specifically into Oracle technologies

2 Excellent skills in Oracle RDBMS/RAC architecture concepts and good exposure on oracle 11g/12c/19c

3 Strong in Production database Maintenance, Deployment, and Integration

4 Good in Oracle 12c, 19c Standalone/RAC Installation, ASM/RAC Administration, Migration, database Upgradation
5 Good knowledge in database performance tuning
