We are a startup company in Coimbatore with a well talented experienced team looking
for best clients. We are experts in Machine Handling, on time delivery and Precision. We offer
a range of engineering products and manufacturing services. Reliable and capable engineering
processes are at the heart of every component that we manufacture. Adhira precision is a
Manufacturing of Precision CNC Machined components as per Customer Standards &
Specifications. We are supplying High-Quality parts to various industries in the global market.
We have the technology, equipment, and people to handle any of the industrial needs. We are
continuously improving our products and processes. Our team is dedicated in delivering the
duties at highest finesse for customer satisfaction through on time delivery and customizing
our operations for the on time requirement.
Aadhira CNC Product Private Limited is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company incorporated in
2002 in Coimbatore, India. We are manufactures and exporters of high precision CNC
Machined and Turned components, Sub-Assemblies and Assemblies for various engineering
industries including Aerospace, Defence, Railways, Automobiles, Textiles, Oil & Gas, Valves
& Pumps, etc.
Our well-equipped, modernized infrastructure aid us to design and develop solutions that solve
the customers’ needs. The range and type of our machines along with technical strength of our

1. LMW JV 80 (VMC)
The LMW JV 80 (VMC) is a precision CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining

MACHINING PROCESS
Heat Treatment:
Heat treatment is a process used to alter the physical and sometimes chemical properties of a
material through controlled heating and cooling. It can improve hardness, strength, toughness,
and other characteristics, making the material more suitable for specific applications.

Case Hardening:
Case hardening is a surface hardening process used to increase the hardness of a metal
component's outer layer while retaining a tough and ductile core. This is achieved by exposing
the metal to a carbon-rich environment at high temperatures followed by rapid quenching.

Grinding:
Grinding is a machining process that utilizes abrasive particles to remove material from a
workpiece's surface. It is commonly used to achieve tight tolerances, smooth finishes, and
precise dimensions on metallic or non-metallic materials.

Gear Hobbing:
Gear hobbing is a machining process used to manufacture gears, splines, and sprockets. It
involves using a hobbing machine and a cutting tool called a hob to generate teeth on the
workpiece by progressively cutting into it.

EDM / Wire Cutting:


Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), also known as wire cutting, is a non-traditional
machining process used to shape and cut conductive materials using electrical discharges. It is
particularly useful for creating intricate and precise features in hardened materials.

Broaching:
Broaching is a machining process that utilizes a specialized tool called a broach to remove
material in a linear motion. It is commonly used to produce keyways, splines, and other
complex shapes in workpieces.

Powder Coating:
Powder coating is a surface finishing process where a dry powder is applied to a workpiece
electrostatically and then cured under heat. It creates a durable and uniform coating, providing
corrosion resistance and an attractive finish.

Painting:
Painting is a surface finishing process that involves applying liquid paint to a workpiece to
enhance its appearance, protect it from corrosion, and provide other functional properties such
as insulation or conductivity.

Blackening:
Blackening, also known as black oxide coating, is a chemical conversion coating process used
to provide corrosion resistance and improve the appearance of ferrous metals. It creates a black
finish by converting the surface layer of the metal into a stable oxide.

RAW MATERIALS
 STEEL CASTING
Steel Casting involves pouring molten steel into molds, ideal for complex shapes. Cast Iron,
with high carbon content, offers exceptional compressive strength and wear resistance.
Investment Casting utilizes wax patterns for intricate parts. ADI Casting produces austempered
ductile iron for high strength. Aluminium Casting creates lightweight components. Forgings
shape both ferrous and non-ferrous metals under pressure, enhancing their strength and
durability. Steel, Titanium, Aluminium, and Bronze are common materials used in casting and
forging processes.

 CAST IRON
Cast iron is a ferrous alloy known for its high carbon content, typically containing 2% to 4%
carbon. It's formed by melting iron and adding carbon and other alloying elements before
pouring the molten metal into molds. Cast iron offers excellent compressive strength, wear
resistance, and fluidity, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including engine
blocks, cookware, and machinery components.

 INVESTMENT CASTING
Investment casting, also known as lost-wax casting, is a precision casting process that creates
intricate metal parts with excellent surface finishes. It involves creating a wax pattern of the
desired part, coating it with ceramic material, and then melting out the wax to leave a mold
cavity. Molten metal is poured into the cavity, solidifying to form the final part. This method
is ideal for producing complex shapes and components with high accuracy, making it widely

 ADI CASTING
ADI casting, or Austempered Ductile Iron casting, is a specialized form of ductile iron casting

or other media, followed by a tempering stage. Austempering produces a microstructure with

 STEEL
