Career Objective

Want to join a company which provides great learning opportunities and want to get some

WORK EXPERIENCE

I. I Had work since June 2010 to 25 March 2017 as Sr.Accountant in “Oracle Granito
Ltd”-Himatnagar (AN ISO 9001:2000 Certified Company) leading Manufacturing Vitrified
Tiles.

➢ Generated budgets and forecasts on a quarterly basis and presented to the


management team.
➢ Reported on variances in quarterly costing reports.
➢ Prepared annual company accounts and reports.
➢ Reduced credit period from 90 days to 60 days.
➢ Managed payroll function for 140 employees.
➢ Handle the C & F Agents of Mumbai & Maharashtra. Handle Depots of Mumbai, Pune,
Nagpur, Kolkata and Indore.
➢ Manage & oversee Age wise Debtors Analysis. Prepare Size wise Sales realization
report and onward submission to the Management. Prepare of Sales Orders. Prepare
MRP & Depot Pricelist of Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Kolkata and Indore.
➢ Follow up of dispatches from the factory. Ensure availability of stocks in Factory and
depot and coordinating with Sales personal for Orders.
II. I Had work since 27 March 2017 to 31 August 2017 as as an Accountant
Executive in “Cengres Tiles Ltd”- Ahmedabad (AN ISO 9001:2000 Certified
Company) leading Manufacturing Vitrified Tiles.

➢ Managed accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll departments.


➢ Performed general office duties and administrative tasks.
➢ Prepared weekly confidential sales reports for presentation to management.
➢ Managed the internal and external mail functions.
➢ Provided telephone support.
➢ Scheduled client appointments and maintained up-to-date confidential client files.

III. I Had work since 01 September 2017 to till May 2019 as Sr. Accountant in “Heer
Food International”- Ahmedabad (Government Recognised Export House) leading
firm of Spices & Oil Seeds etc.

➢ Handling all commercial aspects of business from Entry level to Preparation of Financial
Statements.
