Credit Card Declaration Letter
Dear Sir / Madam,
GTCM adheres to stringent security policies designed to prevent credit card fraud, for the
security and protection of our clients from unsolicited use of their credit cards.
In line with current recommendations from card providers and as part of our procedure to
avoid fraud, any client who uses their credit card to fund their trading account, must provide
us with a signed approval of all the transactions. This is standard procedure and applies to all
clients, regardless of whether or not they have completed this form in the past for separate
credit cards and/or transactions.
Please see the table below and verify that you are indeed the person who made the
deposit(s).
Please print this letter, sign it and return it to us via fax or alternatively, you can scan the
signed print out and attach it to the reply email.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
