UnionBank EasyCash eGift Promo Terms and Conditions

1. The EasyCash eGift Promo (“Promo”) shall run from Aug 24, 2024 - Feb 23, 2025 (“Promo Period”).

2. The Promo shall have six (6) waves (individually, a “Wave”). During each Wave, UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank”) shall reach out to a new
pre-selected group of UnionBank principal credit card holders (individually, a “Cardholder”; collectively, “Cardholders”) by send ing them a Promo
SMS and/or Promo Email, or by calling them regarding the Promo through UnionBank Sales employees/personnel. Each Cardholder shall be informed
of the last day of the Wave that they belong to through the Promo SMS, Promo Email, and/or the call. The period for each Wave shall be as follows:

Wave 4 Nov 24, 2024 - Dec 23, 2024

Wave 6 Jan 24, 2025 - Feb 23, 2025

3. The Promo shall be open to pre-selected groups of Cardholders. To qualify for the Promo, the following criteria must concur:

a. The Cardholder must have an active UnionBank credit card;

b. The Cardholder must be of good credit standing;
c. The Cardholder must have an available Relationship Limit or Account Credit Limit, as the case may be; and
d. The Cardholder must have received a Promo SMS and/or Promo email from UnionBank, and/or a call from UnionBank Sales regarding
the Promo. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promo SMS, Promo Email, and/or the call from UnionBank Sales must be particularly
addressed to the Cardholder and not to any other person.

4. A Cardholder who applies to avail of the UnionBank EasyCash product and is approved for the same shall be entitled to redeem an eGift (“eGift”)
from Giftaway, the accredited service provider for the eGift redemption . The Cardholder will be entitled to redeem only one (1) eGift, regardless of
the number of transactions done within the Promo Period. The value of the eGift that the Cardholder may redeem (“eGift Amount”) shall depend on
the approved transaction amount for the first (1st) transaction approved during the Promo Period, as follows:

5. The Cardholder will receive an SMS from UnionBank four (4) weeks from the end of the wave with a promo code and instructions on how to redeem
the eGift. The promo code may be redeemed within sixty (60) calendar days from the Cardholder’s receipt thereof.

6. The Cardholder will need to do the following to redeem the eGift:

• Go to http://easycash.gft.ph/xxxxxx after receipt of the SMS from UnionBank (where xxxxxx is unique per Cardholder); and
• Provide the following details to Giftaway to redeem the eGift:
o Last six (6) digits of his/her UnionBank credit card;
o Mobile number; and
o E-mail address.

a. The Cardholder will receive an eGift code via SMS and/or email from Giftaway. The Cardholder should present the SMS and/or email with
the eGift code to the merchant of choice to use the eGift.

b. By redeeming through the Promo website, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other in formation
that may be required by Giftaway, and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and security terms

7. By accepting and/or using the eGift/s, the Cardholder agrees to hold UnionBank free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or
arising from his/her participation in the Promo or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the eGift/s.

8. Use of the eGift shall be governed by the Giftaway Terms and Conditions found at https://giftaway.ph/terms.

9. The eGift shall not be valid in conjunction with other discounts, privileges, vouchers or any other promotions.

10. The eGift shall not be transferable or convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services from establishments not accredited or affiliated with
Giftaway.

11. All redemptions are final. No returns or exchanges will be permitted. The Cardholder shall be responsible for inspecting the quality, condition and
expiry dates before redeeming. The Cardholder shall also be responsible for safekeeping the eGift. UnionBank and/or the participating merchant
outlets shall not be obliged to refund or replace the eGift once redeemed, whether lost, damaged, or for any other reason.

12. In case a Cardholder cancels or disputes the qualifying UnionBank EasyCash booking, and such cancellation/dispute results in the reversal of the
transaction in part or in full, UnionBank shall have the right to charge the cost of the eGift to the Cardholder’s UnionBank Card account, or withhold
the eGift in the event that the eGift has not yet been awarded or delivered.
13. In case of dispute in respect of the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, and other aspects related to the Promo, UnionBank’s decision
shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by UnionBank at its discretion.

14. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the redemption of the eGift, or the particip ation in the Promo may
result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of Card privileges, and/or the charging of the full cost of
the eGift to the Cardholder’s card account, at UnionBank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by
UnionBank.

15. The Terms and Conditions of the UnionBank EasyCash Facilities and the UnionBank Card Agreement shall continue to apply. The UnionBank
