The sterilizer consists of sterilizer main machine, sealing door, pipeline system, and control system.
The sterilizer is made of S30408.
Applicable places: It is suitable for medical and health departments such as stomatology,
ophthalmology, operating room, supply room, dialysis room, delivery room, etc. Sterilization of all
packaged or unpackaged: solid instruments, Class A cavity instruments (handpieces, endoscopes),
implantable instruments, dressing fabrics, rubber catheters, etc.
1.2 Bactericidal factors and characteristics
The product uses moist heat steam as a sterilization factor.
According to the specified sterilization process, this product uses saturated moisture and hot steam as
factors to sterilize items that can penetrate steam in an environment of high temperature, high
pressure, high humidity, certain pressure and time. All default technical parameters of the device are
tested and determined with microorganisms represented by Bacillus stearothermophilus or equivalent
microorganisms in the specific resistance under the loading conditions described in the procedure.

4. Maintenance
Notes:
Before daily maintenance, please be sure to disconnect the sterilizer and ensure that there is no
pressure in the sterilizer.
In order to ensure that the sterilizer is in good working order and to minimize the number of failures,
the operations described in this chapter must be followed.
Before starting maintenance, make sure the equipment is powered off. At the same time, there is no
pressure in the sterilization container.
Wipe the door gasket with a soft cloth or gauze at the end of each day's work.
Remove the tray and tray holder, and wipe the inside of the sterilization container with a gauze cloth
with detergent and water. Do not use steel slag wool or steel brushes to avoid damage to the interior
of the sterilization chamber.
Cleans and removes limescale from the chamber of the sterilization container.
Once a week, wipe the sterilizer cover with a soft cloth.
Clean the filter spool once a month. Once a month, change the water in the evaporator.
Calibrate the safety valve every year and the pressure gauge every six months.
Once a year, check the internal pipeline, remove the cover, conduct visual inspection, and check
whether there is obvious damage or crack on the pipeline and pipe interface. If there is no above
situation, reinstall the cover. If there is any above situation, contact the manufacturer or supplier in
time for maintenance and replacement.
Once a year, check the safety valve, pressure gauge and door shaft.
Once a year, fastening the joint and detecting the on-off state should be completed by a professional
electrician.
Every 5 years, the door lock device must be inspected due to extreme wear and tear.
Instructions for use: the maintenance instructions are for professionals. In case of equipment failure,
be sure to consult the manual and repair according to the requirements of the manual.
4.1 Replace the safety valve
In order to prevent the safety valve from being blocked, during normal use, let the steam pressure
release through it once a month.
Sterilize according to the manual.
Generate a pressure of 0.21mpa in the sterilizer.
Push the safety valve pull ring with a screwdriver, leaving it open for about 2 seconds.
Turn off the main switch and terminate the operation. At the same time, discharge the steam in the
sterilization container.
Wait until the pressure drops to 0mpa before opening the door.
Replace the safety valve
This operation is limited to professionals.
Remove the safety valve.
Replace it with a qualified safety valve. (qualification criteria: the inner chamber and interlayer
safety valve ensure that the safety valve opens when the pressure is between 0.27mpa-0.28mpa; the
8
evaporator safety valve ensures that the safety valve opens when the pressure is between
0.41mpa-0.42mpa).
Test a sterilization process.
Check the opening pressure and closing pressure of the safety valve once a year.
4.2 Replace the electric heating tube
This operation is limited to professionals. (before this operation, cut off the power supply and ensure
that there is no pressure in the steam generator)
1. Remove the left cover of the sterilizer.
2. Remove the wiring on the flange electric heating pipe of steam generator.
3. Remove the flange type electric heating pipe.
4. Replace the damaged flange type electric heating pipe with a new flange type electric heating pipe.
The position of the new flange type electric heating pipe shall be consistent with that of the replaced
flange type electric heating pipe, and the protective cover of the flange type electric heating pipe
shall be installed through wiring.
5. Install the left cover of the sterilizer.
6. Test a sterilization process.
4.3 Cleaning of solenoid valve
1. Remove the sterilizer cover.
2. Remove the nut on the top of the solenoid valve with a wrench.
3. Lift the solenoid valve coil.
4. Open the valve body with a wrench.
5. Wash the sundries of the electromagnetic valve core with clean water.
6. Reinstall the solenoid valve.
9
4.4 Cleaning of inlet filter and drainage filter
1. The inlet filter is used to prevent foreign matters from entering the evaporator.
2. The drainage filter is used to prevent foreign matters from entering the internal pipeline and
solenoid valve.
3. Remove the filter gland with a wrench and take out the filter screen.
4. Clean the sundries on the filter net with clean water.
5. Reinstall the filter.
4.5 Replace the water level detection device
Make sure the power is off and the device is powered off!
1. Remove the left cover of the sterilizer.
2. Remove the wiring of high, medium and low water level probe.
3. Remove the high, medium and low water level probe.
4. Replace the damaged with a new water level probe.
5. Reinstall the water level detection device and connect the wiring.
6. Install the left cover of the sterilizer.
7. Retest all working processes to prevent water leakage, wrong wiring, stuck installation and other
problems
4.6 Replace the temperature controller
The sterilizer is equipped with a temperature controller, which is located inside the evaporator. In the
heating and sterilization stage, it can maintain a constant temperature by turning on and off the power
supply. It is usually used as a temperature alarm device.
If the temperature exceeds the allowable value, the thermostat will automatically disconnect the
power supply of the heater.
When the temperature drops below the allowable value, the thermostat will automatically turn on.
Make sure the power is off and the device is powered off!
1. Remove the left cover of sterilizer
2. Remove the flange type electric heating pipe wiring and flange type electric heating pipe
3. Remove the damaged thermostat
4. Install the new thermostat in the same position as the previous one, and mark it if necessary
5. Reinstall the upper flange electric heating pipe and protective cover
6. Install the left cover of the sterilizer
7. Retest all working processes to prevent water leakage, wrong wiring, stuck installation and other
problems
10
4.7 Replace the printing paper
When the printing paper installed in the printer is about to run out, a red mark will appear on the
printing paper to prompt the user to replace the printing paper.
1) Turn the wrench slightly, as shown in Figure 1.2
2) Continue to rotate the wrench. At this time, the paper feeding shaft of the print head is separated
from the print head, and open the paper bin cover.
3) Load the printing paper and pull out a section (beyond the paper tearing teeth), pay attention to put
the paper neatly, and the direction of the paper is that the side with liquid medicine (smooth surface)
is upward (if it is installed reversely, the printing cannot be completed), as shown in Figure 4
4) Close the paper bin cover, press the paper feeding shaft of the print head flush with the print paper,
press the paper feeding shaft of the print head back to the print head with a slight force, and push the
rotary wrench into place.
5) Turn on the power of the printer and turn the machine head. At this time, check whether the paper
is crooked. If it is crooked, adjust the printing paper until the printing paper is perpendicular to the
paper outlet.
4.8 USB flash disk record
1) The USB flash disk must be inserted into the USB interface above the ship type switch before the
program runs, and the data will not be read when the program runs.
2) After sterilization, the display screen shows that the sterilization is completed, and the sterilization
data is also transmitted.
3) Newly added USB flash disk recording mode selection, normal mode and 2-second mode, users
11
can choose at will. Under the normal mode, the recorded data is consistent with the printed data. The
2-second mode is to record data once every 2 seconds except for the change record in the normal
stage
The format of USB flash disk must be FAT32. Mobile hard disk is not supported here
