In Support of your application please state how you believe an MBA will fit your
career objectives ?Why do you wish to begin an MBA at this stage of your career ?

Ans - Throughout my academic tenure and during my professional career as well I


actively participated in various marketing-related events and seminars. I was on
invitation list of NSRCEL an incubator at IIM Bangalore where I attended a number
of classes and events related to Marketing, Branding etc.There I got opportunity to
get in touch with different leaders in Business and Marketing , which helps
cultivate not just theoretical knowledge but also creativity and interpersonal
skills. This exposure led me to specialize in marketing during my final year.
Additionally, my upbringing instilled in me the values of patience and respect,
traits that have proven invaluable in fostering meaningful connections within
academic circles.

2. What you consider to be your major strength and weaknesses?

Ans - I have strong interpersonal skills .I deep dive into subjects and try to
understand things from the basics which sometimes take time but I don't like things
half baked .

3. Why do you wish to study the Nottingham MBA ? Why Now?

Ans - My ultimate goal is to leverage the knowledge and skills acquired during
this program to ascend to a managerial role in the field of business
administration. I am confident that the University of necessary to achieve this
ambition. step forward in my academic journey, but a strategic investment in my
future as a competent and adept professional in the realm of business
administration Nottingham with its renowned faculty and industry-focused approach,
will equip me with the tools to tackle the problems.
After working as a software analyst across domains like Banking, FinTech and Health
care I got the experience and product knowledge.I get the requirements from
stakeholders and try to live up the expectations. Now I have that insight and
outlook which require for management role and key knowledge and experience which
being further nourished in this esteemed university can be key ingredient for
becoming future business leader.

4. Please describe your experience of managing and leading teams in either your
personal or professional life.

Ans -I have experience of managing team both personal and professional life. I
worked as a lead test engineer in a FIntech firm for 2 years where I have been
managing Quality Assurance team of 5 resources. We have started implementing new
tools and technologies to speed up the deliveries and reduce error . We have
started from the scratch and with selection of right tools and right framework we
were able to deliver critical functionalities error free which was ensured in
multiple releases.
In personal life I am into sports and scouts and guides during my school time where
I was part of organizing committee and manage to organize school and state level
events. Also being a part of NGO I have been organizing events to help child
education and multiple awareness programs .

6. Explain how past and present experiences can be used as contribution to group
work and learning.

Ans- In my professional life I have done multiple POCs . I have worked with
multiple stakeholders to understand the requirements which help us to choose the
right tools and frameworks for deliverables. In order to do so I have to work
constantly Scrum teams, resources and to navigate the asks and help deliver the
best quality product which meets the requirements and stakeholder's ask .

7.Where do you see yourself working immediately after graduation? Where do you see
your career progressing three years after graduation? How do you see Nottingham MBA
will assist you in achieving your aims?

Ans - Working as software analyst I have experience of getting product requirements


and modify existing application to cater customer needs and solve any problem being
faced. Having experience and knowledge on technical aspect now I want to change my
perspective and get more into business side of it.I want to learn MBA and put this
learning ,experience and ideas into motion. After three years I want to climb up
more into key decision making position and drive an organization by putting my
knowledge and concepts learnt into play.
Nottingham University can provide that quality education and practical learning
which can assist me in acquiring knowledge and skills required to be able to
achieve my goals polish myself as a future business leader.

8.Please provide any other information you would like to provide.

Ans- I think most of the information s has been covered already in previous
questions and in my SOP. But still I just wanted to highlight that I have that
field experience working across different organizations and in different domains. I
have attended a number of sessions to develop key understanding and business acumen
required. To quench my thirst for knowledge and understanding in business world
Nottingham university could be the best fit.
