Designation: Head - Sales Strategy

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to : Chief Sales & Marketing and Customer Centricity Officer.

Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for shaping sales strategy, driving revenue growth, achievement of
sales targets and optimising sales performance pan GPL through proper sales planning, inventory
management, ensuring rigour on all sales processes in close partnership with varied stakeholders such
as zonal sales heads, Business development heads and region heads.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Sales Planning and Forecasting– Incumbent should be able to effectively plan for achievement
of Sales BV target in at a zone, region and project level by leveraging deep analytics and
proactive planning. Should be partnering with Business Development team at the BD stage in
terms of evaluating quality of deal. Utilize market research and sales data to forecast sales
performance and guide resource allocation in collaboration with the zones.
 Sales Inventory Management: Develop and implement strategies for effectively managing sales
inventory, including monitoring inventory levels, tracking unit availability, and optimizing sales
allocation across different properties and phases of development.

 Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Lead the analysis of relevant real estate markets to
identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Develop comprehensive sales strategies
tailored to specific market segments and project types, leveraging market insights to maximize
sales effectiveness.
 Sales Processes Governance – Ensure adherence to sales processes across the organization.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement, implementing best
practices and tools to streamline the sales processes from lead generation to closing. Ensure
systems and technology is duly leveraged and utilised.
 Financial Acumen in Pricing Decisions: Utilize financial analysis and forecasting techniques to
drive pricing decisions for real estate properties. Evaluate factors such as costs, market demand,
competitive pricing, and projected returns on investment to determine optimal pricing
strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
 Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business development team, region
heads, project directors and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with
overall business objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous
improvement across the organization.
