WHO IS GOD?
T he Bible is God’s book for us. In the Bible, we learn who God
is and what He is like.
The Bible tells us that God is eternal. That means that He
was never born and He will never die. He has always been. That
is hard for people to understand because people are born and
people die.
But not God. No one has been here
forever but God. We believe He is

G od had made a wonderful world, full of plants and animals.

But one thing was missing. There were no people for God to
know and love. God said, “Let Us make man.”
Then God did something very special. God reached down and
took some dirt in His own hands. He shaped it until it was a man.
But the man was not alive.
God breathed life into the man, and man became a living soul! God
named him Adam. Adam was created in a special way because
he was special to God. God made man in His own likeness.
God put Adam into a beautiful garden and gave him a job. Adam’s

So, Abram packed up his things and left. His wife and his nephew,

God wanted Abram to live. It was called Canaan.
Abram and his nephew, Lot, both became very rich in this new

JESUS IS ARRESTED
From Matthew 26; Mark 14; Luke 22; John 18:1-13

T he Pharisees and the Scribes were religious groups that

hated Jesus. They wanted to kill Jesus.
One of Jesus’ disciples was a man named Judas Iscariot. Judas
kept the money bag, but he was a thief. Sometimes he stole the
money and used it for himself.
Judas went to see the religious leaders. Judas told them he
would help them arrest Jesus.
The religious leaders were happy to hear this. The
priests gave Judas 30 pieces of
silver. After that, Judas planned
how he could get Jesus arrested.
Jesus took some of His

GOD’S PLAN OF SALVATION

G od made His plan of salvation so people could have their

thinking about all the people of the world when He made His plan
of salvation. That includes you! He wants you to live in heaven

God tells us all about His plan in His book, the Bible.
No one can be good enough to go to heaven. No one can give
enough money. No one can make enough sacrifices. No one can
be perfect. There is only one way we can live forever in heaven
with God.
If you believe that Jesus, God’s Son,
