SKILL KUDIL PRIVATE LIMITED – SIVAGANGAI.
ORGANIZATION INFORMATION:
Mr. Venkatesh is the guiding spirit behind Skillkudil Private Limited. His skills in the ITES
business. His charismatic personality profound knowledge of the market and products together
with his foresight has been instrumental in making this remarkable progress possible. Skillkudil
is a partner of software engineer. He work on values, principles, ethics, culture and behaviour.
More importance is given to the above during the entire process of work execution. The
organization is going to be a flat organization structure and hierarchy is only to track and follow
the projects and to have clarity on who does what and who is the owner of the project, who take
responsibility, to whom to escalate, and to whom to consult. We have a daily reporting structure
which has to be strictly followed. The report has to be completed end of every day. We all will be
enrolling in a daily learning portal and it is mandatory. More importance will be given for
learning, implementation, and time commitment. Attitude and discipline is very important and
they respect everyone equally.

Learning Objectives/Internship Objectives

1. Internships are generally thought of to be reserved for college students


looking to gain experience in a particular field. However, a wide array of
people can benefit from Training Internships in order to receive real world
experience and develop their skills.

2. An objective for this position should emphasize the skills you already
possess in the area and your interest in learning more
3. Internships are utilized in a number of different career fields, including
architecture, engineering, healthcare, economics, advertising and many
more.

4. Some internship is used to allow individuals to perform scientific research


while others are specifically designed to allow people to gain first-hand
experience working.

5. Utilizing internships is a great way to build your resume and develop skills
that can be emphasized in your resume for future jobs. When you are
applying for a Training Internship, make sure to highlight any special
skills or talents that can make you stand apart from the rest of the
