Proof of Meeting
Meeting Minutes
Meeting Date: 11/4/23 – 11 am
Attendees: Santiago Giraldo Arbelaez
Agenda:
Review of three documents
Proofreading and making necessary changes
Finalising documents according to organisational requirements
Discussion:
Santiago Giraldo reviewed three documents and provided feedback that they were all good documents. No additional information was needed to be included.
Therefore, no changes were needed to be made for any of the three documents.
The next step was to proofread the documents to ensure they meet organisational requirements, are written in an appropriate style, are readable and have local
sentences and paragraphs, and use correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Santiago Giraldo confirmed that all three documents follow the style guide, are
written in an appropriate style, and have local sentences/paragraphs. The spelling, grammar, and punctuation were also correct.
Proof of proofreading was attached to the documents in the form of a screen shot of highlighted errors and spellcheck results.
Action Items:
Finalised documents to be attached to the Portfolio.
No further action required.
Meeting Adjourned at 11 am.
